As the former founder and creative director of a boutique real estate marketing agency, Steve was responsible for managing a team in developing strategies to market and sell thousands of single-family and multi-family homes across Western Canada. Steve is responsible for all marketing and brand initiatives for the team and their clients. From real estate launches, to industry networking events, and client appreciation functions Avarey’s responsibility lies in creating meaningful interactions with our clients, partners and industry. With a breadth of experience on boards, committees, and through customer-centric industry roles, Avarey is able to offer her commitment to detail and self professed perfectionism to create memorable experiences. Avarey plays a fundamental role as our events coordinator. She collaborates with the partners and marketing division, working behind the scenes to plan and execute events and experiences.

Yvette’s is the second touch to our clients. She ensures they are up-to-date throughout the selling process by coordinating showings, receiving feedback from other agents and corresponding with lawyers, home inspectors, conveyancing, and mortgage brokers. With Bachelors of Commerce and specialization in accounting, Yvette understands the business fundamentals and appreciates the importance of client service. Yvette’s values and purpose passionately align with the company’s, and are rooted in ethics and a genuine caring and compassion for others. Yvette is the engine in the machine, running much of the back-end of our day-to-day operations and is always available during business hours so questions and requests are handled promptly.
Brad is our in-house media manager, specializing in the latest DSLR and drone technologies. His goal is to tell the story of your home, and through multiple media channels, showcase its best features on our local, national and international platforms with industry leading professionalism and creativity.
Client Care Coordinator
Erin has an extensive history in the real estate industry, beginning with a family owned brokerage in Sylvan Lake where the values of trust, authenticity and ethics were instilled at a young age. She interned at the family brokerage over the summers during her college years, creating the foundation for a solid knowledge of the real estate industry. As time progressed, she managed all the back-end work for the brokerage, handling all conveyancing and client care. She has a passion for helping people and supporting them through the important process of selling or purchasing their new property.
